Master Class fees
WABIP member: 950 €

Registration costs include all meals as provided in the program. A shuttle service from the hotels to Ruhrlandklinik, from Ruhrlandklinik to the Networking Dinner and from the dinner to the hotels on the event days will be exclusively offered from Mintrops Stadthotel and Hotel das Lola. Please plan for your own arrival in Essen. Upon your departure a transfer from Ruhrlandklinik to Essen central station and to Duesseldorf airport will be provided at designated time.

We recommend hotel das Lola and Mintrops-Stadthotel as a Shuttle service will be exclusively offered from both hotels to Ruhrlandklinik and vice versa excluding your arrival.

Masterclass dinner will be held afterwards at the greek Meze | Bar | Restaurant Eleon.

How to get there
Please plan for your own arrival in Essen. Please plan for your arrival around 8:00 am on April 11th, to allow for enough time to check in etc.
By public transport
If you want to use public transportation here are a couple recommendations:
Nearest Airport: Duesseldorf Airport.
Nearest central station: Essen Hauptbahnhof.
Busses and trains from Duesseldorf Airport
From Essen central station to Mintrops Stadthotel:
Take Underground (U17) to Essen Margarethenhöhe, from there it is a 230 m walking distance (approx. 3 min) to the hotel
From Essen central station to Hotel das Lola:
Take tram 107 or 108 to Alfredusbad, from there it is a 300 m walk (approx. 4 mins).
By car
